Montessori Program Hours

We offer flexible full time options from 9am-3pm and flexible part time options from 9am-12pm, either 2, 3, or 5 days a week for both toddler and preschool classrooms. Toddler and Preschool daycare is available before school from 7:30am-9:00am and after school from 3:00pm-5:30pm, for an additional fee. Our infant room is available from 7:30am-5:30pm for a 5 day a week schedule (flexible scheduling is only allowed on an at-need basis) We do have open enrollment in all of our classrooms at anytime during the school year.

A Typical Day

Each school day begins with group time called “Circle”. They will sing songs, play games, discuss the calendar, share stories from home, and participate in new lessons together. During “work time”, each child chooses activities to explore; either alone or with others, selects the necessary equipment, and works as long as he/she wishes. Gross motor time (outside when possible) allows the children to socialize, exercise, and be imaginative. After lunch the children rest for a period, and then continue through the afternoon with additional “work” time. A nutritious snack is provided in the morning and afternoon. Children bring their own lunches.
